Meaningful Use Compliance and Audit Program

CMS is auditing participants in the EHR Incentive Program. Will you be ready?

To qualify for incentive payments under the EHR Incentive Programs, eligible hospitals and professionals must be able to demonstrate meaningful use. Many providers are struggling with understanding these requirements and ensuring proper documentation to show meaningful use.

Get the resources and support you need to navigate attestation, perform a self-audit
and prepare for a CMS audit with the new Meaningful Use Compliance and Audit
Program.

This program was developed by attorneys with real-life experience advising clients on meaningful use compliance and is based on Medicare audit requirements and standards for eligible hospitals and professionals.

The program includes all the materials you need to audit both Stage 1 and Stage 2
compliance, including:

  • One-hour initial consultation
  • Meaningful use self-audit checklist and work plan
  • Four hours of consulting time with an attorney consultant
  • Access to our Meaningful Use Resource Center

Cost for the program is a one-time fee of $4,500, plus an annual maintenance fee of $500 beginning the year after purchase. For early birds who purchase the program before the end of 2014, the annual maintenance fee will be waived in 2015, and begin in 2016. Discounts are available for purchasers of other INCompliance programs and for smaller and rural hospital systems. See your INCompliance consultant for more
information.
